1. Access and Account

The Dornier Digital Academy (DDA) is available to authorized Dornier employees, partners, distributors, and other approved users. Access to individual courses or training packages may be subject to specific eligibility requirements.

Your DDA account and login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.

2. Use of the DDA

The DDA is intended for professional and educational purposes.

Users must not:

• Share their account or login credentials;
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas or accounts;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
• Copy, distribute, or share DDA content with unauthorized third parties; or
• Use DDA content for purposes other than those intended by Dornier without prior authorization.

3. Training Content and Intellectual Property

All DDA content, including training materials, presentations, videos, images, product information, assessments, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Dornier.

Access to the DDA does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the user. DDA materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior authorization.

4. Courses 

Course completion is subject to the applicable course requirements. Dornier may update or change course content, requirements, or availability as necessary.

DDA training is provided for educational purposes and does not replace applicable product documentation, instructions for use, regulatory requirements, or professional judgment.

5. Data Protection

Personal data processed through the DDA is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Availability and Changes

Dornier may temporarily suspend access to the DDA for maintenance, technical, security, or other operational reasons. Courses, content, and platform features may also be updated or discontinued when necessary.

7. Suspension of Access

Dornier may suspend or terminate access to the DDA if these Terms of Use are violated, authorization to use the platform expires, or access needs to be restricted for security, legal, or operational reasons.
